Ivs tripwire no pics

I just gotten the IPC-HDW4231EM-AS from Andy.i set ivs tripwire.snapshot and send email boxes are ticked(in ivs tab)when tripwire is tripped I get two emails.no pic in either email.any ideas what im doing wrong? I have a driveway dahua cam and copied email settings to the new cam.

Well u can mark this case closed.i read a post from these forums.i went into cam settings,storage tab, schedule tab then snapshot schedule.i ticked on my alarm and regular boxes.
