ivms 4500 and 4200 can't change between sub and main stream without freezing

I have 6 hikvision DS-2CD2012WD. For wahtever reason 2 of them will not switch between sub stream and main stream without freezing. I have rebooted the system multiple times. Remote playback still good quality, just can't stream. Would there be a reason why?
