iVMS-4200 won't allow me to playback more than one day; please advise

Hello:

I am using Hikvision with the latest version of iVMS on my PC (V3.6.1.5). When I try to use the "Remote Playback" feature, I am only able to go all the way to midnight of the same day. I can't review any video from previous days. See the image below. I know that there is video available from previous days, because when I select "download" I can download video from prior days, so long as I manually enter the day and time. However, I would much prefer reviewing video through the "Remote Playback" feature. Is there anything I can do to allow it to go back to previous days? Thank you.

Hmmm, I wonder if there is a problem with your storage. From what I see you are only sporadically saving video. I assume the red areas are the saved video. By the way on my system the saved video is in blue and it is solid blue all the way across. I am not sure what the red represents. Maybe someone else will chime in.
