iVMS-4200 can't view camera, all cameras online and connected

I'm running 3 Hik cameras and iVMS-4200.

My cameras are connected to the software but I can't see them in then Main view and Remote playback. It just keep running like on the one screenshot.

Anyone with an idea what to try

Your ivms was installed incorectly, or you are missing redistributables
