Can anyone help with this torn video on IVMS-4200 2.4.0.4? Camera is DS-2CD4585F-IZH. If I change the menu > view > "pick any resolution" it will straighten out but restarting IVMS or changing number of screens then problem comes back. Thanks in advance.
