I have 6 cameras 4 of them work with preset camera positions 2 don't.
The 2 that don't are IPCC9610 and IPCC7210W V2. I can go in via my browser to the specific camera and set the Presets and I can "Call" the presets while I am in the browser for each camera. When I get the Blue Iris screen up, neither camera will respond to a Preset "call". I go in, select the camera, get the white outline of the camera video box and get NO response when I click on the preset buttons.
Also, in a related action, my "Startup Delay" program gives me the attached screen when I have the program execute the blueiris.exe program. This is really serious as I need the Blue Iris to run if the PC reboots or loses power, the Blue Iris program isn't started up automatically to maintain camera security coverage. The only thing I get is the screen shown in the attachment.
