ispy only works when the pc is running, right?


Can you watch videos from the SD card in the camera or download them to my PC with ispy?

It depends, what cameras do you have?
Ispy would need to be running.

A very cheap Chinese camera, but offers many possibilities:

If that were possible, it would be a good combination.
ispy is clear and in German, but to always run the pc would be wasteful.
Since I would get in trouble with Gretha Thunberg

We here on this forum try to steer folks away from the cheap ebay cams. You're asking for trouble.

Is running your heating system or car wasteful? Modern pc's are very power efficient. Dont be concerned by fear mongering psychotic children who think the world is ending.
