Is EmpireTek on Amazon.de the same as EmpireTech?

Bought this camera thinking it was the same guy Andy I was buying from:

However I just noticed the name discrepancy when I came to the forums to look at some threads. Slightly worried about the firmware if it's someone imitating the name/brand

@EMPIRETECANDY , were you aware of this? It looks too similar to not be on purpose, I hope you file a complaint with amazon.
