I have an IPv4 (four cameras and a disk connected) which I added in the past to the smart pss app in my computer. A few months ago the cameras were not working in smart pss although were working in dmss so I deleted them in smart pss and tried to reinstall it without success. I used the S/N and IP (not sure if the IP is correct). Can you help me how to add these in the smart Pss? My smart pss is working with some other ip cameras I have
