IPC-T54IR-ZE S3 not recording

Hi all

Im setting up my first camera, a IPC-T54IR-ZE S3. It is stand alone, no NVR, recording to a Samsung EVO plus 128gb card. I have setup a tripwire, it triggers and I get an alert in DMSS and a snapshot photo but no video is recorded. I get the message No Record when I click on the snapshot to play the video.

I have had the camera recording in the past using motion detection. Since then I have factory reset the camera to get IVS working.

Any ideas?

No need to factory reset to use IVS...

Have you gone to "Record" and setup the time Record Control, Timeplan, and Storage tabs?

Thanks for the reply. Pretty sure those are set but I will check in a day or two.

The reason I did a factory reset was that I had no end of problems getting IVS to work. Still not perfect but I will go back to that once recording is sorted.
