Weird that you are still having problems especially if you are using direct-to-disc. These cams are solid.

Take the cam and connect to POE switch using a very short cable temporarily. See if that fixes your problem.
If not, try another POE switch.

These suggestions are to rule out issue due to bad cable or power supply.

I've factory reset all camera and deleted all the profiles within BI. started from begininng the camera is working good pics and video are clear. thanks for everyone help
