IPC-T54IR-AS S3 Web Interface

Just got this camera today. I was originally led to believe this was the same as IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 without the zoom but I cannot access the camera via web interface. I tried the obvious 192.168.1.108 as I would for my IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 cameras but this camera is not using this IP. Instead it is using, on my wifi, 92.168.1.251. Either way, I can not connect to this camera. What do I need to do to setup this camera??

Did you do a hard reset of the camera?
Power up cam, press and hold the RESET button (located under the door for the SD card) for 10 sec to reset the camera.

Thank you, thank you. I had tried the reset several times before and it didnt seem to do anything. Must be the power up + reset combination that did the trick. All good now
