IPC-KW100W - remove the user 'default'?

Hi,

I'm trying to remove or change password for the user 'default' but it doesn't seem possible. I am able to sign in with the hardcoded password but it's not in the user list so I can't change it and I can't create a new user with the same username because it already exists.

Any ideas?

Does pressing and holding in the Reset/WPS button on the rear for greater than 10 seconds set it all back to defaults?
