IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E - Need help with image parameters schedule

I have a IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E which I use as LPR camera and it works good after I have set the image parameters

my Main issue is the schedule of the switch between day and night
Auto switch does not work for me as it will switch about an hour after sunset and in this hour the day time parameters will not get a good image (it will be blurred)
If I use the schedule function in the camera , it will work for the current month or 2 , but sunset will change and I need to change the schedule accordingly ,
is there a way to set night profile per month , may be using Blue Iris?
