Can someone explain me the difference beetween these 2 models ?

For me its exactly the same things except the body : bullet and dome thats right ?

I want to read the number plates discreetly, the dome is more discreet , i already have the bullet version but can i have the same result with dome ?

I'm not the biggest expert, but video-wise, I agree with your assumption. I think there are a few feature differences, in that the turret version has a mircophone, and might not have the alarm I/O lines or audio out.
