Can someone who owns this camera confirm if the internal IR lights can be turned off? thanks

Specs indicate it supports Smart IR, so it should be dimmable and able to turn on/off through WebUI.. but I do not own that camera because WiFI sux

Here's a screenshot.
Instead of "Smart IR" in the mode box, select "Off"
