IPC-HDW5831R-ZE IR reflection

Does anyone else have an IPC-HDW5831R-ZE that has a problem with the IR causing a haze in the video at night? Any Ideas on how to remedy this?
Right now its zoom out all the way and if I zoom in some, the haze disappears.
The haze is at the top middle there.

Could be reflection bouncing off the soffit or metal above the camera.. Try angling it down a bit and see if that reflection goes away...

It is definitely a reflection off the soffit I had the same issue moved camera and it’s gone

try turning off Smart IR and putting it on manual. Set the IR lower like 10 maybe (play around). I have the same issue and deal with it because I like my camera placment. Here's a pic with Smart IR as well as Manual IR set to 1 (lowest setting).
