Hello everybody,

I finally figured out how to change the IP adres to the right one.
I can now log in to the camera and I have already changed the default password.

When I want to live view the camera, I see nothing but a black screen.
I have downloaded the safari plugin and forwarded ports 37777 (TCP), 37778 (UDP) and 80, but still nothing.

If I add the camera to my Synology NAS it will shortly display an image when I test the connection, so its not the camera sensor itself that is broken. After I test the connection the connection disconnects and I have nothing.

Can anyone please help me?

How do you login? Which browser or software? Safari won’t work...
Try firefox ESR or Internet Explorer

I login via the direct IP adres. But I have good news! Somehow I managed to get the camera working and now I have an image!
