I want to buy 4 of IPC-HDW4431C-A and one POE Switch, I looking for recommendation places or seller to buy an cameras and recommendation model of POE Switch.
 
Amazon. Stay away from the V2 cameras if you have any plans to swap lenses.

I'm using the Netgear GS110TP POE switch.
 
I bought that cam for a non-critical use - it works for what I need it for but not something I'd consider for a primary camera. Firmware is a bit funky - I'm having trouble with motion detection.

I believe the 1320s has stock English updateable firmware and should work ok.
