Ipc-hdw4300c - Unresponsive

@vector18 I have used this switch without issue as well...Im guessing that the grandstream draws more power than i thought...who knows...ill update after i test it with a killawatt one of these days...
Also note that the switch you use is has much better power specifications...it maxes out at 57w total vs mine that is 30w total poe..
