IPC-HDW2231R-ZS and Rings in the image at night

Hello,

I get rings in the night on my IPC-HDW2231R-ZS. Initially, i thought it was due to a spider but that wasnt the case. During daytime the image is quite clear. Any idea what could be the issue?

That looks like IR reflections on something on the lens to me. Have you cleaned the lens recently?

I wiped the lens but the rings did not go away.

It's light shine glare within the camera lens and clear cover from that light just to the right of those blobs. Moving the camera should move those spots until they are out of site.
