I purchased a IP8M-T2599EW to go with my Lorex system. I think my system is one of the one offs that isn’t made by Dahua. The camera connect to the system with ONVIF protocols and works. I can’t make any changes to the camera and my system says this feature isn’t supported.
When I log into the camera with its ip it makes me change the default password to 8 characters. I can then make changes that way to the camera settings. But when I reconnect to my NVR the camera shows up but wont accept the new password. If it reset the camera back to default it connects fine.
Any work around on this?
