IP problem KH6320WTE and KD8003EMI

Hi all,

I've bought a used intercom set for my new door that;s arriving tomorrow
The set was in another IP range as my own of course so i retored the indoor unit to factory settings,and modified the door station with SADP to y own IP range.
some how it goes wrong by activating the doorstation.
I watched a how to video on hikvision support that shows i have to add them both in IVMS 4200, did that en they are both online
then choose indoor station and remote config, to add the doorstation IP adres. Problem is i don't have a remote config button in IVMS

The doorstation is working in my HIK connect app with view and 2 way audio, there is view on the indoor station when i push the live view button
when i use the door bel then its "calling failed"'

Please can somone help me

reset monitor and station to default, then use the wizard on the monitor to setup the system.

you can setup it manualy, but takes a few steps more. its easier with the wizard

i know how to reset the indoor station, how do i reset the outdoorstation to default?
