IP Dahua TIOC alarm wiring without an NVR

Hi Guys, I bought 3x HDW3849HP IP Cameras. The camera got 4 alarm wires that as I understand they connect to NVR. I don't have NVR, I'll be using probably Blue Iris on my server for recording. Is there any Dahua device or a way where I can connect those alarm wires to?
I want to configure the cameras that if one camera got disconnected from Rj45 an alarm gets triggered on the other connected 2 cameras.

You do not need to do anything with them.

If you have Blue Iris, under watchdog you can tell it to alarm the other cameras if one loses signal, or send you a push or email, or any other type of response.
