Ip camera turn on and off

Hi guys
I have no name ip camera that I use poe turn on that ...but camer turn irregular pattern off ...I have to unplug and pluge ethernet cable after that every thing went well camera turn on an this cycle is iterating...
Kindly help..this camera supply from network switch...anyone have problem like me
