IP Camera software

I have 2 cameras the same IPC HDW5231RN-Z. Check serial numbers just 2 digits off (good) Part numbers same
My problem is when I log in through Firefox, google, IE it does not matter only one camera gives me all the tabs to mess with it the other does not, see pics below. Any thoughts? Is it a camera issue? Software?

What firmware version is the first camera using?
Sometimes the webcomponent gets confused because there is a different version for each firmware revision..

This shows it much better, as you can see camera b only has version under information.no log, online user or anything above it.

looks like the other camera your logging in as a user that does not have admin privileges..

really! logged in as admin I will go into SmartPSS and try to look at it.

Went on a hunch, logged out and back in with a user name that I setup a while ago. And yes admin rights and all tabs are there. So somehow there was an error ( Id10T) and admin must have been kicked out of admin rights LOL
