IP camera can only be seen on NVR

Hi people,

I wonder if anyone can please help me.

I bought 2 PTZ 5MP ip cameras from Aliexpress after do enough research.


Last week, i noticed 1 of them was displaying a pinkish haze indicating the IR cut out thingy.

Secondly the same camera can only be seen on the NVR and not the IE browser. I cannot find it doing an ip search i have rechecked the cat 6 cable to see if there is a break and i cannot find any.

I just need help into how i can reset it or probably hard reset and get it back to factory setting again. Although the cameras are POEs i still plug them in to the electrics

As i type this, i have also pinged it and had no luck......

Is the camera plugged into the back of the NVR ?
What is the make model number of the NVR?
What is the Make Model number of the camera ?
The link provide does not link to a camera.
