IP camera as webcam

Anyone have any suggestions for software to bridge an IP camera (Dahua and Hikvision cameras) to be used as webcam in windows? I know there are software available to make IP cameras available, but I am not sure if there are any that stand out or whether I can utilise Blue Iris itself (haven't seen that option in Blue Iris).

I already have Blue Iris and the cameras setup as an IP camera system, but occasionally it would be good to host meetings from the Blue Iris PC and choose one of IP cameras in our laboratory as the video feed.

If you're looking to VLOG, there are many video cameras that allow a stream out to the pc. Look on Youtube at what Youtube Vlogger's use.
