Blue iris 5, latest iOS app, iOS 13 public beta 2 although this was also happening on 12.3.1.

Is the camera part of any group?

yes, it's part of a group, and when I view the group, both cameras in the group show fine.

What are tour group names and short camera names. I came a cropper as I called my group name the same as a camera name and I had strange things happen.

I, too, experience this problem and it seems to only happen with the higher-res cameras.
