iOS App not connecting, logging in via browser works

Hi,
What would cause the iOS app to not connect to the server while off-site? I don't get a error message it just doesn't connect

I am able to login via the web browser so it's not a port forwarding issue.

Any ideas? Thx

It's likely related to the app privacy setting on iOS... You just need to allow it access....
As far as port forwarding goes it's not a secure method for remote access consider running a VPN or if you want something easy always on look at zero tier.. It's free and it works well.
 
Thanks for replying. As far as I can tell there are no privacy blocks and all settings are open like my other apps.

This was working last week, it only recently started not connecting. Any other ideas?
