ION 16 nvr camera settings not consistent with IP cameras

I'm still have a little dilemma with a couple things on my ION 16 nvr. My NVR is still trying to stream at previous settings that my IP cameras may have been on. Since I've changed the IP camera settings, the ION is still showing previous settings. Also due to this, my playback (when downloaded) is at D1 (704x576) quality instead of 3MP which is the max this ION 16 does.
