Intrusion Detection event markers on DS-7604NI-K1/4P (B) with DS-2CD2047G2-LU (C)

I have an issue with the red marker lines on the photo that is received within HikConnect or within the NVR. It seems to work only with cams with G3 firmware, but on my G5 firmware i can't get it fixed or find. I get the warning picture with the mentioned red marker lines, but not on my last added camera. (in the nvr on playback it sees the event happening and marks it with red/green lines, but they don't appear on the picture.

On DS-2CS2047G2-LU (G3 firmware) I get a photo like this with read line markers.


On my new DS-2CD2047G2-LU (C) (G5 firmware) i get no event markers at all like below:


I can't find the setting were to set the red marker event lines for the picture. Does anyone knows how to set the red markers for the G5 firmware cams for the event-picture?

Firmware G3 = V5.5.160 build 210416
Firmware G5 = V5.5.114 build 210512

Did you have it connected to nvr or without nvr? Do you use hikconnect?
any change you might have found this 5.7 version and upgraded? HIKVISION UK PORTAL

See here, Metadata - > "Overlay Rule Frame and Target Frame on Background Picture" missing
This is causing the missing target frames.
I saw that the firmware notes on 5.5.111 also miss this metadata settings tab. so i guess it's "build by design"
