Interpret this email

For the last few days I've been getting an email every hour that BI is active. I'm assuming it's relating to low hard drive space, but I'd like to be sure. Can someone please interpret this email?

Clips: 15 files, 63.0M/38.2G; !! C: -2.43G12/15/2015 1:16:59 PM admin: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: Logout, 0:02 (224)

Welcome to the forum..you have allocated more storage space than your drive has available.
