Intermittent recording on one camera

One of 9 cameras is only recording intermittently even though I set it to continuous.
It appears to take snapshots when it detects motion.
What could I be doing wrong?

If it is what I think, then I think it is a bug - it shows as a snapshot on the alerts bar to the left of the console, but when you select it, it isn't a picture but is the actual video. Mine does that occasionally as well.

Is yours an actual picture or does it play the video?

They are actual snapshots.

Would the bug only impact one of the 9 cameras? THe other 8 appear to be recording fine.

We have seen lots of bugs only impact one camera since the introduction of DeepStack to BI. I think there are so many working parts and ways to set up cameras, that even two cameras set up identical and one works and the other doesn't.

Do you have it set to add an image to the timeline only or take a hi-rez picture?
