Hey…. I dont know about the possibility but if the device is a laptop, consider installing any android emulator on your device. Then search for ivms-4200 in your emulator. I guess you will be able to find it there. Find it. Install it. Then it will be ready to use.

Recent Chromebooks have the ability to access the android app store. If your chrome os has this option then you will be able to install IVMS4500 which is the mobile (tablet/phone) version of the software.
