Installation issue with ADC2W and BI

I managed to get this New ADC2W Amcrest cam connected to BI but it doesn't stream .
I see the view with no clock movement (or any movement). After about 15-20 secs it shows no connection for a couple of seconds then brings the view up again.
It streams using the Amcrest mobile app and IP viewer mobile app.
Suggestions please

I believe that cam is part of their "Smart Home" series, so perhaps this Amcrest support article will help, because you use their Smart Home app first to prep the cam for Blue Iris ==>> How To Setup an Amcrest Deterrent Camera In Blue Iris

I turned on this morning and now it is working.

No idea what happened over night.
