Input needed: Want to setup Camera system around our Office!

Hi all,

I'm investigation options to secure the Office building with Camera's.
Its is a large 3 floor building.

I need some input in good solid outdoor camera's, with a bit more then 33 feet night vision.
Should be PoE, I will connect them to our network and will have a small dedicated server
for the software (Linux or Windows).
My home system has 4 Foscam like cameras and I run Blue Iris so I'm a bit familiar with this :)
If it all goes well we probably will purchase 15 camera's + Software with at least one camera with microfon and speaker,
but for starters I was thinking on getting 3 camera's and maybe a trial version of the software.

Any ideas/suggestions and especially expiriance?
