I'm moving over form Ubiquiti so a lot to learn. I have a current indoor cam and want to add another one facing it. Would there be any issues if they face each other from an IR light point of view?

Other than the glaringly bright IR that will be visible in both views which can effect dynamic range adjustments or wash out the video, no problem at all.

Try to have them point in downward position so they are not staring at each other. Out of FOV from each other. If you have any type of smart IR, you will probably have to set it to manual mode and tweek it in, otherwise the IR from one cam can washout the other.

Here are two Dahua IPC-T2431T-AS-S2 pointing at teach other in my garage. Totally dark in there. Door closed, lights off.

Thanks all. they will point away from each other. Think i can adjust them so they are out of each others POV but the garage pics looks good either way
