This is video from one of our customer's properties that we mange only, not monitor. The property manager called us and had us pull video of an apartment that was broken into. The property manager showed the video to the tennant, who recognized the guy. The property manager was able to call P.D. that night and have them go to his house, or place of residence, to recover the items that he took. You can see the subject open the window, which faces out into the parking lot. He climbs in that way, then exits out the front door when he is done. He makes sure to go back and close the window before he takes off.

These are Dahua 1.3mp bullets, that are about a year old, and a Dahua16 channel PoE NVR. For some reason, they give a really clear picture for a 720p camera. The property manager had a tight budget. When I say Dahua,

Some of that is really good night video, particularly the colour walking shots. An example where 1.3mp makes up at night what it loses in daylight to some of the higher resolution gear.
