Is it possible if you had a mp3 file (like an hour or so) from a different CCTV system to import it into Blueiris (on say a dummy camera) and then manually run full analysis over the mp4 file and run motion detection to create alerts which will tag people/cars etc.
The case use would be if I had CCTV from say a neighours home and want to run analysis on that video file for them?
