Hi, Im not quite sure what your issue is. If you could perhaps provide some more information about your situation someone may be able to help you. I see you're using a DS-2CD2032. What is the firmware running on the camera? Also are you using this camera with an NVR? You say that it disconnects all of the time. are you meaning that is it dropping connection on a regular basis or that it drops connection until you reboot it at which time it seems to connect with no problem? I can tell that english is not your first language, but perhaps google translate might help. There are some great people on this forum who are more than willing to help!

thank you for your answer :D,
So I have a DS-2CD2032 (v5.3.0 build 150513) with the IP address 192.168.4.109, and two DS-2CD2732 (v5.3.0 build 150513) 192.168.4.108, 192.168.4.105, and j'uses IVMS4200 (V2.00.08.50) windows 7 avecd iP address 192.168.4.254,
I have 25 other camera but it all works well.
There have a month I change the passwords on the cameras, I put the same username and password on touts the cameras, but these last days I have a problem with the three camera I stated above, they do not appear on IVMS, knowing I can ping the camera, and when I restarts them they become functional, here is the log of the three cameras

It definitely seems to me that it has something to do with the change of passwords. Im still a little confused. Are you saying that the cameras work properly after you reboot them and you can then see them in IVMS?

Yes, actually after each reboot of the three cameras, all back to normal, but after 6 or 7 days, I have the same problem.
