I have a DVR with the model "IDS-7232HQHI-M2/S." When the DVR is powered on, the screen displays the HIKVISION logo, and after approximately 3-5 minutes, the DVR restarts itself. I have updated the firmware using RS, but I am still experiencing the same issue. I would appreciate assistance or guidance from anyone who may have faced a similar problem.
