iDMSS Snapshot image for Motion Detection and IVS Trigger

Did anyone managed to get Snapshot images attached to their motion alerts on iDMSS Plus?

I got it to work for IVS triggers such as trip wire. I get a push notification and it will attach an image to the "Message" inside Dahua iDMSS alert notification. Pretty cool feature.

But then for motion detection, even if I enable "Snapshot" in the NVR of the camera setting, the snapshot image is not attached in iDMSS's message alert.

Just wondering.

I do, not sure I did anything special to get it to work though.

There is a Snapshot setting in "Record" under Storage that has to be set.

I'm wondering do only the newer 4.0 AI series include a snapshot in the iDMSS alert? I have 3 cameras from this series and they all include the snapshot for IVS tripwire but my other 2 cameras IPC-HDW2231R-ZS do not include the snapshot even though the settings are set the same as my other cameras.
