Whats the best way to contact Dahua and provide feedback about iDMSS? I've been tracking this issue pretty closely and things have been working very well until last night when they released a new update with changes as "bug fixes" but this has now broken the push notifications to view pictures/videos.
So push notifications are working but then clicking on them just shows no record now. This used to work with no changes on my end and yup I'm aware that at times, you have to close the app etc. and open then from the lock screen etc. but its super annoying that they have broken it again!
Im keen to provide feedback but don't know who to contact? Any ideas/?
