Hi everybody,
as in the title, I tried to upgrade my VTH monitor 5221D-S2, which had the following:
System Version: General_MulLang_English_P_SIP_PART
MCU Version: MCU_P_V1.105.0000001.0.R.20181217
Security Baseline Version: V2.0
I tried to load DH_VTHX421H_MultiLang_SIP_CEE-Nordic_V4.800.0000000.1.R.250123.
The release note said that it has two parts and needs to be done one after another:
DH_VTHX421H_MultiLang_SIP_CEE-Nordic_V4.800.0000000.1.R.250123_part1.bin
DH_VTHX421H_MultiLang_SIP_CEE-Nordic_V4.800.0000000.1.R.250123_part2.bin
I managed to do the first one and after that, I lost connection to my VTH.
Now the screen is just blue and does not respond, and I do not see it in Configtool.
Can somebody advise me on what to do? I'm a novice at this, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
