I suddenly have a Server "Listening error 10049"

Can anyone tell me what this "Listening error 10049" error may be. I seem to have all systems functioning.

My PC is Optiplex 7040 with i7 6500 CPU, Quadro P600 and 16Gig ram
W10 and BI 5.7.0.5 stable

Check to make sure your IP address hasn't changed on your BI machine under Web Server. The only time I ever get that error is when I have done something with my network and my IP address had gotten changed on the PC . Run "IPconfig" in a CMD window to see what your IPV4 address is and make sure it matches "Local, Internal (LAN) access" in BI.
 
Is your email in BI a Microsoft email? That is usually a POP or IMAP issue.
