I cannot remote access Blue Iris from my mobile phone.

I cannot remote access Blue Iris from my mobile phone. I went through the remote access steps in Blue Iris but now one screen continually show the red "X" that it cannot find the IP address. I am including an attachment of the error if anyone can tell me it is now not connecting.

Verfified IP is whatismyip gives you. 00:00:00:00

Server is BlueServer/5.2.1.4

1) Can you access Blue Iris local (at home) from your phone ?
2) What type of phone ?
3) What type of router are you using for your home network ?
4) are you using a VPN or port forwarding.
