I’m having troubles with the alert list.

How many alerts are you getting each day? Have you actually checked the files that are in the alerts folders, how many and what space do they occupy, what does the Storage tab on the BI Status window look like? You show that you have allocated only 3GB to alerts; what is the size of each alert file in the folder is the folder already full after a couple of days, have you tried to increase the size of the alerts storage to say 10GB, if so what happens to the number of days you have stored for the alerts?
The Alerts folder can also contain MP4 files. They can eat up space if you've experimented with exporting alerts to MP4/BVR files... I played with this once, then got distracted and forgot to restore the setting.
