I saw this video last year but it popped up on my feed again. So figured the members could enjoy and get a good laugh.
Yeah, like they needed all 376 in Uvalde when what they really needed was less than a dozen that would actually do something besides stand around ....That seems to be the general rule with police agencies, at least until something really serious goes down then it's all hands on deck from every agency.
Well in Uvalde the Incident Commander was "negotiating" on the phone with the bad guy, begging him to talk the whole time. He had no time for such trivial things as ending a life threatening, life taking, situation. The cell phone was far more important than actually commanding response to the incident.
