I have PTZ PTZ DS-2DE5230W-AE or DS-2DE5184-A cameras that do not report and this is a firmware problem because during the update the transmission was interrupted. Have any of you tried to connect to the ptz module and upload the firmware? Please help me
 
Try to restore them with TFTP.

Interupting the transmission during an update process should not be a problem, since the camera will never receive the complete firmware, and it will not start the update process.
Powering off the camera while it is updating WILL be a problem.
